Kerr Avenue Widening

This 1.5 mile project is located in Wilmington, NC, along Kerr Avenue from Randall Parkway to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.  The project involves major widening with associated curb & gutter and sidewalks/asphalt trail.  The project also includes improvements to traffic signals, waterlines, and sanitary sewer lines.
